The notes from the RFU Council on 25th April are out and they give the official RFU reaction to the ELVs.
In brief - Against pulling the maul down, offside line at tackle, handling in ruck, most of the free-kick stuff.
I think head office are in line with what many down here in the weeds think.

Russ, The document seems to be missing the bottom off every page - which probably had the key on it! 15MB was still not enough!
But looking at the charts they go from dark green to dark red and I would infer that for "are you in favour?" the categories were Strongly for (Dark Green) Somewhat for (Light Green) Neutral (White) Somewhat against (Yellow) Strongly against (Red)
The other question was "what would the effect be?".. Very Good(Dark Green) a bit good (Light Green) Neutral (White) a bit bad (Yellow) very bad (Red)

Hi Folks
The RFU have put up the ELV survey results but there seems to be a problem.
The Link is http://www.rfu.com/pdfs/elv/elv-low-res.pdf
I don't see any key to enable us to make sense of the charts though ... is it just me being thick?
Also I'd like to see the results by Country so that we can see what those actually comprising the area covered by the RFU think seperately. Having a web survey is a good idea but the implementation and reporting seems to be letting us down again.
Or am I being picky?
Russ
