Very glad about the deferral of the ELV implementation here. Re:
'agreement has been reached on the safest way to pull down a maul'
Glad to hear this too. Similarly if separately from RU I am looking forward to being advised of the safest way of jumping off beachy head and arriving on the beach below uninjured.

We're awaiting another announcement.
(Though I'm assuming that as Continuum age groups are already forbidden from lifting in the line out and can't take quick throws and almost never have corner flags there won't be any significant differences to this year..)

ELV 2 and 3 are rejected. Is the RFU therefore adopting the other ELV's for all Youth rugby, or are we awaiting another announcement?
