Has anyone gone through the process of goal setting for their own
coaching career ? ? If so how have you gone about it ? ?
Obviously any goals would have to be SMART Goals, ie Specific,
Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timed. But exactly how do you
go through the process to produce SMART Goals.
