Practical training session yesterday raised a few ELV questions. I would appreciate assistance as to 1. When can the receiver join (from 2m out)the line-out; when line-out is formed (two men present) or only when ball leaves thrower's hands? 2. Maul in progress with ball in possession of last man. Maul partially pulled down but ball-carrier and person in front of him remain standing and moving. Original maul still or Truck&Trailer? T&T should the leading man turn to make a blocker for ball-carrier/joining team-mates? Please advise
