Im still out in oz with my League mates and the England fans are still upbeat despite the results -Brisbane is buzzing with thousands of poms flying in all the time for the semi-final.
Had time to think back to the heady days of 2003 ond all that when i was at THAT final , hes hopeing we are back there with the league lad.s in 10 days time.
Took in a couple of amiter union games and was impressed with the standard of play and skill .
Roll on Saturday morning 9am for you lot - COME ON ENGLAND !!!!!!!!

The Kangaroos were g-o-o-d. I think the main reason is that the game in Oz is so fast, compared to UK. The other point was their efficiency in front of the try line. Our union team should study the video.

Ho Dear the League lads were bad , just imagine if Australia was a Union country and not a League country we couldnt live with them based on that performance.

Shakey start by England but PNG were a very good team - almost the perfect work out before the aussies .
Are you going to take in any Union games while you are over there ??????

The atmospher over here is up to fever pitch , much better than when i was over here in 2003 - cant wait .
Every time i tell an Aussie i was in the ground when Jonny sailed THAT kick over they tell me the same thing - 'dont care mate this is a Rugby League country' - well lets hope we can do the double over them in there own back yard.
Roll on Saturday - you lads set those alarms ................

I got dragged along to Old Trafford on Saturday night for there grand final - wasnt expecting much but what an atmosphere ( put Twickers to shame ) and the intensity of the match was amazing.
I still love union but im now a big league fan and hope England do well and wipe the Aussies smugness off there face
- after liveing in Sydney for 3 years i can tell you they realy dont care about union and League is every thing out there - COME ON ENGLAND !!!!!!

After my trip in 2003 to Oz im off to the world cup in October with my League mates , should be good.
Any one else on here planning on supporting the lads ?
Most of my League mates were shouting for ' the kicking lot ' as they call us during the world cup so i think we can return the faver.
