We are slightly confused with the kicking rules.Penalties/kick-off's/restarts are ok.But what about kicking out of hand to clear your line or attacking.Is this classed as 'fly hacking or is it permissible?
The kids have seen different variations because different ref's interpret the law their way.Cheers.
