Ben Russell and Richard Haughton both Saracens and England 7s players dropped in to the East senior training session on Saturday at Culford School, Bury St Edmonds. Ben Russell took the forwards for scrum and lineout work, giving the east pack new ideas to work with. Ben is currently Saracens Player of the Month.

Richard Haughton applied his knowledge to the East backs; he also imputed new ideas too. Richard who is currently out injured is a lethal weapon in the England 7s armoury, his eight tries in the 2003/2004 Hong Kong 7s was one of the main reasons why England retained the title for a record third time. He also has passed the 100 international 7s tries milestone just recently.
