Thirsk Sharks’ Tamara Taylor will now start England Women’s Six Nations clash against Scotland on Saturday at Murrayfield, kick-off 7.15pm.
Taylor moves off the bench to replace Richmond lock Rachel Vickers, who has been forced to withdraw from the game because of flu.
Taylor elevation to the starting line-up means Richmond's Jenny Lyne is now included in the 22. Second-row Lynne is an experienced international player, who featured in the 2002 Rugby World Final against the Black Ferns.
England Women are looking for their third Six Nations win on the bounce, having already defeated Wales 38-15 and Spain 86-3.
