Canterbury-based Performance Enhancement Consultancy Boedromion are supporting Canterbury RFC’s highly popular ladies calendar for 2007.

Nick Claydon, founder and Managing Director of Boedromion, said: “We believe that women’s rugby is one of England’s success stories in sport and that has been recently reflected in England Women’s Six Nations and Rugby World Cup success. We have also been proud to help young players develop through our sponsorship last season of the England Under 19s tour to Canada.

“At grass roots level the game is also a fast growing sport and that has been represented in the recent growth of ladies and girls sections at Canterbury RFC.  This, coupled with individual successes at county and regional selection, bodes well for the future.  We believe that the ladies section, with proper recognition, support and funding, is more than capable of matching the success of the men’s section in recent years.
