If you’re six, seven or eight years old (in year 1, 2 or 3 at school), you are old enough to play tag rugby at your school or local rugby club.
Playing tag is fast, furious and tons of fun! But if you don’t know the rules you won’t enjoy it nearly as much and you’ll end up giving points away to the other team!
