Terms & Conditions
1. In these terms and conditions: the Club means The England Rugby Supporters Club; the Stadium means Twickenham Stadium, Rugby Road, Twickenham TW1 1DS.
2. In the event that a membership card is stolen the member should report this to the Club's Membership Office immediately.
3. Duplicate membership cards (where lost) are available at a cost of £5.00 (+50p postage and packing per card).
4. Membership Cards and tickets are personal to the member and are not transferable and shall not be transferred under any circumstances. All membership cards and tickets remain the property of the Club, the member being the authorised bailee of the Club in respect of the same and entitled to the benefits conferred by them subject to these terms and conditions.
5. The Club reserves the right to suspend the use of the relevant membership card of a member and all associated benefits for a period of time or to withdraw their use in the event of misuse or if abused in anyway or in the event of a breach of any of the terms and conditions and regulations referred to in paragraph [8- amend cross reference] or in the event of any abusive, dangerous or any other unacceptable behaviour by the member.
6. If the remittance tendered in payment of membership shall be dishonoured or in any other way refused (other than by the Club), the relevant member shall be liable to pay the Club's administrative charge of £5.00 (or such other amount as the Club may inform the member in writing from time to time) and any bank or other similar charge incurred by the Club as a result, and such membership shall be immediately withdrawn.
7. Each JSC member will be entitled to apply to be a mascot at England's home matches at Twickenham. The names will be drawn at random by the ERSC/JSC General Manager. The JSC member is entitled to three tickets in total, for themselves and their parent or guardian.
8. The Club shall not have any liability to the registered member in respect of any failure to carry out or delay in carrying out any of its obligations under these terms and conditions, including admitting the member to the Stadium for a particular match, caused by fire, flood, accident, strikes or other industrial action, refusals to grant any licenses or permissions or any circumstances outside its reasonable control.
9. Each JSC member is entitled to only one membership of the club. Any person who makes or conspires to make multiple applications will have their membership terminated without compensation.
10. The club reserves the right to refuse any application for membership at its sole discretion without reason.
11. Membership of the Official England Rugby Supporters Club is valid for one year from the date of joining / activation.
12. The Club has the right to change the contents of the membership pack and/or the benefits that a member receives at any time without advance notice so long as the value of the contents and/or benefits remains the same. Any changes will be subsequently notified to existing members.
13. Juniors under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult when visiting Twickenham.
Competition Terms & Conditions
Limited edition Lion ornament competition
1. One prize comprising of one Lion ornament
2. Entry is automatic through the designated competitions page after answering the question in the Press Pack section.
3. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
4. Entrants can be of any age, except where specified, but must be a JSC member.
5. The deadline for receiving entries is Friday 26th March 2010.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. The prizewinner will be drawn at random by the ERSC/JSC General Manager. The ERSC/JSC General Manager’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only the winner will be contacted personally.
8. Prizes must be taken as stated. There will be no alternatives cash or otherwise.
9. The ERSC/JSC General Manager does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
10. Entrants must supply full details as required above and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
12. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of the England Rugby Supporters Club, Rugby Football Union or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
13. The ERSC/JSC General Manager reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage if circumstances arise outside the direct control of the ERSC/JSC.
14. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering the competition.
15. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. This competition is promoted by the Rugby Football Union.
16. We will not publish or provide your email address or other details to anyone. The competition requires you to supply us with your contact details. We may use this information to contact you at a later date.
17. Successful winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and the England Rugby Supporters Club reserves the right to use the names of winners, their entries, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
