CB Toolkit
The Toolkit provides funds to support local planning and decision making
This bottom up approach enables Constituent Bodies (CB) and Federated Referee Societies (FRS) greater flexibility and control in the deployment of their work programmes to meet Critical Success Factors for Community Rugby:
- The number of people playing the game aged 16+
- The number of matches being played
- Improving the sustainability of clubs
- The number of effective people supporting the playing of the game
The fund focuses on the priority areas identified as part of the planning process by the leaders of Community Rugby. These priorities are linked to a four year cycle based around the World Cup.
