It takes a lot of people to run all the rugby activities that happen in a Constituent Body.  Most of these people are volunteers. 

Each CB is organised slightly differently to meet the needs of its clubs and participants locally, so the Committee Terms of Reference and Role Descriptions may differ slightly.
