Ordering kit and equipment from the RFU

In order to simplify the process for ordering kit and equipment from the RFU, we have created a simple order form. The short document will ensure your kit order is processed promptly and correctly.

Carefully read the following RFU kit and equipment ordering procedure document (MS Word DOC 38kB); it details the important changes to our kit ordering process.

Please note the order form must be completed when ordering any kit and /or equipment.  Failure to do so will mean your order will not be processed. Likewise, if the form is not completed correctly it will be returned for correction, thus delaying your order.

Please complete the RFU kit and equipment order form (MS Excel DOC 24kB) and return by e-mail to the contact on the form.

Also, to assist you in sending us a correct form, only complete the above order form after reading the RFU kit and equipment order form guidance document (MS Word DOC 40kB).
