Government CSR impact on grassroots rugby

Listen to RFU Community Rugby Director Andrew Scoular speak about the potential impact of the Government’s Comprehensive Spending on grassroots rugby in England.

He said: "I wanted to update you on the potential impact of the Government’s Comprehensive Spending Review on our delivery programmes and in particular our Community Rugby Coach network.

"In addition, there is an important message about RDO interaction with clubs, including the aide memoire that Jez Allman has formulated. I felt this was best done in audio rather than written form but please accept my apologies for slight interference.
