Your Club Committees - Terms Of Reference

It is vital to the efficient running of a community rugby club that all the various parts of the administrative structure know what they are meant to be doing.  This is defined in the terms of reference for each committee or group.

If your club is relatively small and has a single committee to run it, or is a larger club with various committees and groups, up to date and agreed terms of reference will save valuable time, effort and money.  They will also allow the leaders of the club to ensure that the different functions of the club’s committees support each other and do not miss or duplicate any activities.
