Contracts

Contracts are a useful method of formalising any business relationships which your community rugby club has, whether they are with employees, suppliers or contractors.  A contract can provide security for both the club and the individual or company, and provides evidence of the expectations each party can expect from the agreement.

However, knowing when a contract is necessary and whether a document is legally binding can be a difficult process.
