Using Educational Links

Establishing links with local schools, colleges and universities can be very effective in creating a two-way relationship with your club. Particularly in times of spending cuts, your club can perhaps provide facilities, coaching and refereeing resources to help rugby develop and thrive in these establishments.

In return, there’s the opportunity to create a feeder scheme for your club to encourage school children, students and parents alike to get involved.
