Club Volunteer Coordinator
Many rugby clubs have reported the benefits of having someone dedicated to volunteer management – a Club Volunteer Coordinator (PDF 43kB) (CVC).
This position can be a pastoral role to ensure all the volunteers are happy and catered for, but also look at ways the volunteer workforce can be expanded. The RFU has some informal guidance on CVC Responsibilities and provides a CVC Training Course.

CVCs can also register to receive Activate, the volunteer team produced bi-monthly e-newsletter. Club Volunteer Coordinators can register by logging on to RugbyFirst or by completing a CVC Registration Form (MS Word DOC 290kB) and returning it by e-mail to volunteer@rfu.com
