Recognition of Your Rugby Volunteers
Volunteers are some of the most valuable assets of a rugby organisation. They offer time, effort and expertise, and deserve to be recognised and rewarded for their hard work.
Rugby Union has a long and proud tradition of thanking volunteers. Encouraging these traditions at clubs and Constituent Bodies helps maintain the ethos of the game we love.
The RFU is at the forefront of upholding this tradition and has thus produced information and resources to make this process as easy and rewarding as possible. Our flagship scheme is the President's XV, with 15 categories to honour those community rugby clubs who have developed the finest volunteering programmes.
There are also a number of other schemes which will help your club make its volunteers feel important, appreciated, and a real part of the community rugby club.
There is also various RFU Resources to help get news of your volunteers' good work to a wide audience.
