Player Retention

Playing rugby in is what we are about! This award will be won by a team of volunteers that kept players enjoying rugby on the pitch at all stages of the rugby journey.

They will have provided a variety of playing opportunities using all formats of the game.
Examples include competitions, leagues, festivals, merit tables, touch, tag, 7’s and 10’s.
