Eastern Counties RU have been incredibly pro-active in raising the profile of coaching, with success being achieved by recruiting a group of enthusiastic volunteers and deploying them alongside three Community Rugby Coaches into clubs across the CB. These coaches have had considerable success delivering a well thought-out and targeted coaching plan which has provided coach development for more than 800 coaches since the beginning of the season in schools, clubs and colleges.
