To enter the women's senior leagues, teams must register their interest by completing an entry to women's league rugby form. This is sent to all registered teams near the end of each season with a letter explaining the process. This enables the formation of the leagues for the forthcoming season.

In completing your entry to women's league form for next season please consider your current league status and how you have managed throughout the season; if you have struggled for any reason consider if it may be better for you to select a more suitable league. The Rules and Regulations for Promotion and Relegation are available in the RFU Handbook and on rfu.com and these will give you a good indication along with the league criteria information (PDF 258kB) of the standards required for each league to help you make a decision.

The next stage is to complete the full Affiliation forms for the new season. These are updated and available in the following section of the website Establishing a Womens Section.
