Competition is one of the key tools for engaging children with physical activity and with rugby union for those wanting to give sport a try.

There are local opportunities to play, which could ultimately see your school team run out on the hallowed Twickenham pitch. Every school at every level is welcome; the competition is about giving as many boys and girls as possible a taste of rugby.

In addition, there are local playing opportunities for special schools as well as the RFU Playground Leaders Award to encourage children to achieve their personal best in the core rugby and sporting skills.
