Colleges have a fantastic opportunity to get involved with O2 Touch, the RFU’s initiative to broaden the reach of the game to a wider audience.
O2 Touch is an inclusive sport for boys, girls, men and women to play no matter what their age, experience or ability. It is a non-contact form of rugby, which means there is no tackling and no scrums or line-outs. O2 Touch can be played anywhere and anytime for fun, fitness or friends.
Professional RFU staff support and guidance will be available for all colleges wishing to commit to O2 Touch, along with a package of training and resources including kit and equipment.
In order to develop more confident and capable young people working within rugby, College O2 Touch should be delivered by students for students where possible. RFU training and support will be provided for student leaders willing to deliver O2 Touch at their colleges.
To find out more and to register your interest in getting your college involved with O2 Touch, please download, complete and return the sign-up form (MS Word 5.33MB).
