Wheelchair Access

The World Rugby Museum and the Twickenham Stadium Tour route are both fully accessible to wheelchairs. There are toilets accessible to wheelchair users.

There is a wheelchair available for use on site. Please contact us if you wish to book this for your visit.

Parking

There is free parking available for visitors to the World Rugby Museum in the Stadium's North Car Park. 

Assistance dogs

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome at the World Rugby Museum and Twickenham Stadium Tours.

Non-English speaking visitors

Information sheets about the Museum are available in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Welsh and Africaans.

Room-by-room Museum guides are available in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Welsh.
