England announce U21 Squads to play France

The following players have been named to represent England U21 in France on Wednesday, 13th November. The 46-man party will travel to the French rugby centre of excellence at Marcoussis near Paris where England Under-21 South will take on France Under-21 West and England Under-21 North will face France Under-21 East.
