A Rugby Football Union Union competitions panel will meet at the London Bloomsbury Holiday Inn Hotel on Tuesday May 6 to consider and appeal by Pertemps Bees.
Pertemps Bees are appealing against a decision made by First Division Rugby on January 9 this year for a breach of FDR Regulation 6.3 and RFU Game Regulation 7.3.1 by Cornish Pirates.
The panel will consider Pertemps Bees' appeal in two parts: firstly the legality or otherwise of the timing of the appeal and, if that is upheld, the substance of the appeal.
The appeal panel will comprise Jeremy Summers (chairman), Julian Morris and Peter Budge.
