Richardson is new Warwickshire RDO

Former Barkers' Butts hooker Mark Richardson has been appointed the Rugby Football Union's new Rugby Development Officer for Warwickshire.
 
Richardson, 40, steps up from being Community Rugby Coach for Warwickshire to replace Richard Siveter, the Rugby Lions prop, who has moved into a new career.
 
Richardson, who is currently first teanm coach of Barkers' Butts, is former pupil of Woodlands School in Coventry, of which former England international Neil Back and Danny Grewcock are also ex-pupils.
 
After running his own double glazing company, Richardson moved into coaching with the mini and junior sectio at Barkers' Butts and then spent a year as Community Rugby Coach in Warwickshire.
 
Richardson will be based at Henley College in Coventry and he will be responsible for promoting rugby in Warwickshire and helping to improve standards of playing, clubs  and coaching within the game.
