Allegation of racial abuse

23 October 2008

October 23, 2008

Ben Slatter of Lydney RFC has been called to attend a Rugby Football Union disciplinary hearing at the Bristol Filton Holiday Inn on November 3, 2008 (7pm).

Slatter has been cited by Dings Crusaders following a match between the two sides on October 4, 2008.

The flanker is facing two charges drawn under Law 10(4)(k) (acts contrary to good sportsmanship) which allege that he used racially abusive language to an opponent.
