Matt Banahan of Bath Rugby has been banned for two weeks following his dismissal for stamping at Franklin's Gardens on Saturday, December 5.

The RFU Disciplinary Panel of Christopher Quinlan (chair), John Doubleday and Nigel Gillingham suspended Banahan, who pleaded not guilty, from Monday, December 7 to Sunday, December 20.

He can play again on Monday, December 21.
