Former England U20 duo Alex Corbisiero and Tom Homer have agreed new deals to remain at London Irish.

The pair, who came through the club's academy, have both signed two-year contract extensions.

England Saxons prop Corbisiero, who was born in New York, has scored four tries in 50 appearances for the Exiles.

Homer, who starred for the England U20 side at full-back, has proved his versatility by playing for Irish on the wing, full-back and in the centres.

And London Irish head coach Toby Booth believes the duo have big futures at the club.

"Alex and Tom have had a major impact both in the Premiership and international rugby since they graduated from our academy to the senior squad," said Booth.

"We're delighted that they have extended their contracts as they will have key roles to play in realising the ambitions of this club."
