New Saracens signing Gavin Henson quicksteps back into the rugby spotlight at Wembley on Boxing Day with another great festive showdown scheduled for Twickenham Stadium the following day.

On this week's podcast we hear from the Wales and British & Irish Lions star on leaving Strictly Come Dancing and preparing for his comeback in the Aviva Premiership against London Wasps.

"Wembley's a great stage to come back into the sport on after 21 months out," said Henson.

"It's going to be exciting – hopefully the game hasn't changed too much and I can get up to speed as quickly as possible."
