Have you ever wondered what it’s like to train with top-level athletes as they prepare for a World Cup? Well here is your chance to find out.
Thanks to RFU.com you could be joining the England Women’s squad for a day’s training at Loughborough University on August 3 as they prepare for next month’s IRB Women’s Rugby World Cup.
The prize also includes a pair of tickets to the WRWC final at the Twickenham Stoop on Sunday, September 5 and overnight accommodation at the London Marriott Hotel Twickenham, as well as an England shirt signed by the entire squad.
England Captain Catherine Spencer said: "This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a rugby fan to experience a little bit of what it is like to be an international athlete preparing for the biggest and most important tournament of our lives, the Rugby World Cup.
"Not many people get a real insight into our day to day training routines, whether it is a skills session on the pitch to a plunge in the ice bath!
"Certainly all the girls in the England squad are really looking forward to sharing our lives and experiences for a day with the lucky winner of this competition."

Just over a month to the big kick-off
The Women’s Rugby World Cup kicks off on Friday, August 20 at Guildford’s Surrey Sports Park and the semi and finals staged at the Twickenham Stoop.
England open their campaign against Ireland (6.30pm, August 20), followed by Kazakhstan (6.30pm, Tuesday, August 24) and USA (6.30pm, Saturday, August 28), with the semi finals taking place on Wednesday, September 1 and finals on Sunday, September 5. All England’s matches will also be shown live on Sky Sports.

Also, rugby fans who buy tickets for the WRWC 2010 will also be put on a priority ticketing information list for the 2015 Rugby World Cup in England.
