What is your pre-match routine and do you have any superstitions before you play for England?
Fiona Pocock: It sounds a bit silly, but every time I play for England I put on a lucky pair of pants. I never wear them outside of a rugby environment but they go on at the last minute before my England short.

AUDIO – 60 seconds with Fiona Pocock Do you have any music that you listen to before a match to get motivated?
FP: Not really to be honest, I like to listen to anything that’s got a beat. Although before we get on the team coach, myself and my roommate Kat Merchant like to dance a bit to Enrique Iglesias which gets us excitable and in a good mood ahead of a game. So is Kat one of the jokers in the pack?
FP: Yeah definitely. Not that she actually has any sense of humour but it’s fun to mock her, the banter’s great within the camp.
