Team Manager Martin Johnson is looking forward to the buzz of a big crowd at England's latest and potentially biggest free open training session at Twickenham Stadium on Wednesday, August 11.

Twickenham Stadium's gates will open at 12.30pm before the England Women’s Rugby World Cup squad begin training at 1:15pm as they continue to prepare for the Women’s World Cup, which starts on August 20.

At 2:30pm, as England’s Women begin a pitchside autograph session, the Senior England men’s Elite Player Squad take to the field to begin training.

This will be followed by their own autograph session where fans can meet the England men and get some treasured player signatures.

Johnson considers the open training sessions beneficial for players and fans alike and said: "The Senior England EPS are looking forward to the open training session at Twickenham Stadium on August 11.

"We’ve held four open sessions at Twickenham since I took the job as Team Manager and each one has been a good experience for the players and the fans as well.

"We really appreciate the support the fans give the team and I hope as many as possible can turn up on the day. The players and I are looking forward to meeting them after training for the pitch side autograph session."

Further free fun activities are being planned in the West car park at Twickenham Stadium and an announcement is expected to be made via www.rfu.com next week.

Entrance for pedestrians to the England open training session will be via Twickenham Stadium Gate A off Rugby Road. Those arriving by car should use the main entrance on Rugby Road and park in the main car park.

The Rugby Store is situated in the South Stand of Twickenham Stadium on the Whitton Road and it will be open from 10.00am on the day of the open training session and throughout the afternoon.

Special one-off day rate at World Rugby Museum

The World Rugby Museum situated in the East Stand will also be open from 10.00am-5.00pm and entrance tickets will be priced at a special one off rate on £1 on August 11.

Please note that all times are subject to change. Any time changes will be announced via www.rfu.com and through print and on line outlets.
