England Rugby fans can book their seat on the plane for New Zealand after England Rugby Travel launched its range of Rugby World Cup 2011 packages.

England Rugby Travel, an Official Travel Agent of Rugby World Cup 2011, is the official travel company for England Rugby and is offering a range of supporter travel packages that include flights, accommodation and officially allocated match tickets.

The England Rugby Travel website is the place to go to look at the variety of options, with ticket-inclusive fans packages starting from £1,849 per person.

England team manager Martin Johnson, who captained the national team to its win over Australia in Sydney in 2003 and played in two other Rugby World Cups, said: "Rugby World Cup 2011 will take over New Zealand for the whole year building up to the tournament as well as during the six weeks it takes place.

"It’s one of the biggest sporting occasions in the world and I meet so many people who have been to a Rugby World Cup. They say it’s one of the best trips they’ve ever done in their lives and they create so many special memories."

The official packages for Rugby World Cup 2011, New Zealand, include a variety of England’s opening pool fixtures, including two eagerly anticipated pool stage head-to-heads with Argentina (Saturday, September 10 – Christchurch) and Scotland (Saturday, October 1 – Auckland), as well as clashes with qualifiers from Europe (Sunday, September 18 – Christchurch) and the Repechage play-off (Saturday, September 24 – Dunedin) fixtures.

Supporters also have the chance to book their place at all of the knock-out phase fixtures, with packages offering options for both quarter-finals that Martin Johnson’s men could reach, both semi-finals, and of course the fabulous occasion of the Final of Rugby World Cup at the redeveloped Eden Park on October 23, 2011.

Supporters can choose from packages with prices starting from £1,849 per person for ‘flight and ticket explorer’ options, with the option to add a motorhome. These options are perfect for supporters who want the independence of planning their own trip around New Zealand, either in a motorhome or making their own travel and accommodation arrangements, but with the peace of mind of official guaranteed tickets for the matches.

The full travel packages start from £4,799 per person and include everything fans want to make the Rugby World Cup experience as easy as possible with flights, transfers, dedicated coach captains, centrally located hotels, official kit, official tickets and invites to exclusive on-tour events.

As an Official Travel Agent of Rugby World Cup 2007, England Rugby Travel sold more than 14,000 official packages with tickets to follow England on their journey to the final in Paris just over two years ago.

Paul Vaughan, the RFU’s business operations director, and also the managing director of England Rugby Travel, is delighted with the opportunity to offer supporters the chance to secure their place following the team to New Zealand.

"Everyone within the England Rugby set-up is extremely proud of the supporter community that follows the national side, both at Twickenham and at all of the away games.

"England Rugby Travel has shown over the last few years that it offers supporter travel packages that meet the requirements of the fans."
