Kevin Wand, coach of Spalding Under 9s, has won the chance to spend a week with the Barbarians squad as they prepare to face England at Twickenham on Saturday, May 30.
He will spend a week living, eating and training with the rugby all-stars as the 23rd member of the Barbarians squad as they gear up for the MasterCard Trophy.
Father of two Kevin, from Spalding in Lincolnshire, said: "I still can’t believe I’ve been chosen as the winner! I’ve been involved in rugby my whole life and this really is a dream come true. It’s an unbelievable prize."
The invitational side includes London Wasps and England internationals Danny Cipriani and Paul Sackey, alongside a host of stars from around the globe.
MasterCard Ambassador and ex-Barbarian Will Greenwood said: "Playing for the Barbarians was one of the highlights of my career and Kevin is going to have the time of his life as part of the squad."
