Saracens have announced that director of rugby Brendan Venter is to give up his role at the club from January 9 and return to South Africa for family reasons.
Venter will continue to work for Saracens in the newly-created position of technical director, making frequent visits to London to fulfil his duties.
The shake-up will take effect from January 9 with current first team coach Mark McCall promoted to the role of director of rugby.
Former England internatonal Andy Farrell will become first team coach.
