England internationals Mike Tindall and Tom Rees return to club action for their respective sides in this weekend's round of Aviva Premiership matches.

Tindall claims his place in Gloucester's starting line up and captains the side as they travel to his former club, Bath, for Friday night’s clash at the Rec.

Tindall was used as a replacement in the 22-20 win over London Wasps last weekend but is back to partner Eliota Fuimaono-Sapolu, who is also facing his former club, in the Gloucester midfield.

Head Coach Bryan Redpath also has to field a new half back pairing with Rory Lawson having undergone an operation to insert a pin in a broken bone in his hand and Tim Taylor sidelined with a knee injury.

London Wasps Director of Rugby Tony Hanks has named his side for Friday night’s Aviva Premiership Rugby clash with Sale Sharks at Edgeley Park.

Hanks has made five changes and two positional switches to the XV that narrowly missed out on victory at Kingsholm last weekend; welcoming Richard Haughton, Ben Jacobs, Ben Broster, Andy Powell and captain Tom Rees back into the starting line up.

Looking ahead to the game, Hanks said, “We were disappointed not to come away with a win last weekend and need to ensure we put things right on Friday night. We have worked hard in training and the squad are fully focused on the task in hand.”
