England Sevens have put the finishing touches to their preparations for the Commonwealth Games before heading to Delhi.

Head coach Ben Ryan, scrum half Kevin Barrett (Saracens) and wing Dan Norton (Bristol Rugby) tell the podcast about how they’ve been planning to cope with conditions in India.
