Stoke, the defending RFU Intermediate Cup champions, will continue their title defence with a home tie against Old Laurentians from Rugby in the Midlands semi finals on February 11.
Stoke, who won the competition for the first time last season, beat Leamington 46-10 last Saturday while Old Laurentians beat Bugbrooke 14-7.
Lutterworth’s reward for beating Upton on Severn 18-10 is a home tie against Stafford, who beat Newbold on Avon 27-17.
In the RFU Senior Vase Earlsdon will have home advantage against Wolverhampton in the Midlands semi-finals.
Earlsdon beat Rushden & Higham 55-8 in their Midlands quarter-final while Wolverhampton beat Woodrush 17-7 at Castlecroft.
Stourbridge Lions, who edged out Old Leamingtonians 9-7, will have another home tie against Sleaford, who beat Uttoxeter 7-0.
Edwardians, beaten finalists in last season’s RFU Junior Vase, are still going strong having trounced Skegness 57-3 last week.
Edwardians now face a trip to Coventry to play Old Wheatleyans while Telford Hornets, who beat Shropshire rivals Market Drayton last week, will have another home tie against Bloxwich.
The Midlands winners of the three RFU cup competitions will progress to the national semi-finals.
