With no RBS 6 Nations internationals this weekend, the Aviva Premiership is set to benefit with a host of England stars named by their clubs, the most notable inclusion being England captain Lewis Moody among the Bath replacements.

Moody will take a step further to recovering from the knee injury which kept him out of international contention for the victories over Wales and Italy when Bath entertain Northampton at the Recreation Ground.

Nick AbendononMatt Banahan and David Wilson also feature for Bath.

England host France at Twickenham one week tomorrow and Andrew Sheridan, another of Martin Johnson's most influential players, will hope to come through Sale's trip to Harlequins unscathed having withdrawn from the side which beat Italy last week with a back injury.

Scrum half Danny Care, this week lining up against his England team-mate, starts for Quins.

Flanker Tom Croft, who has endured an extended spell on the sidelines, is another England player looking to stake a claim for an international recall ahead of France, and he features on the bench for Leicester, who also welcome back Julian White.

The opposition at Welford road is a Wasps side hoping for a turn in fortune with the inclusion of Tim Payne, Riki Flutey, Dominic WaldouckJoe Worsley and replacement Joe Simpson.

Having impressed in his international debut as a late replacement for Sheridan against the Azzurri, Alex Corbisiero has been named on the London Irish bench for their visit to face a Gloucester XV that includes Paul Doran-Jones.

Elsewhere, Steve Thompson and Hendre Fourie both start Leeds' away tie at Saracens.
