This week’s RFU.com podcast starts inside the England Saxons camp following their Churchill Cup record-breaking 87-8 win over the USA and finishes with former England prop David Barnes at 4,700m.

Head coach Stuart Lancaster assesses the next challenge – against Tonga at Gloucester this Sunday – and captain Jordan Crane reports on the mix of young and old that have come together to defend the title.

We also hear from Tongan winger Viliami Iongi – four-try hero of their 44-13 win against the USA – Canada’s Phil Mackenzie and Russia’s head man, the former Sale Sharks coach Kingsley Jones.

England Under 20 kick off their campaign at the IRB Junior World Championship in Italy on Friday. Leicester Tigers fly half George Ford previews the action that begins against Ireland in Treviso.

And we have a summit meeting – literally – with David Barnes, the Rugby Players Association Chairman who is climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Kenya for charity.
