England are gearing up for a Junior World Championship final against New Zealand in Italy this weekend.

This week's podcast was on the spot when the national Under 20 side beat France 33-18.

We hear from captain Alex Gray (Newcastle Falcons), fly half George Ford (Leicester Tigers) and prop Mako Vunipola (London Wasps) in the aftermath of the win that sets up a repeat of the 2008 and 2009 JWC finals.

Gray said: "We've been working towards this for a long time. We started off in September and to get to the biggest game of the year is something to be very proud of."

For England's senior players the road to the Rugby World Cup started this week with a training squad of 45 named by Martin Johnson.

He talks through the selections and we catch up with young Gloucester wing Charlie Sharples, who's happy to trade in his holiday to join the camp after helping England Saxons lift the Churchill Cup.

We also speak to Mayor of London Boris Johnson, Will Greenwood, Maggie Alphonsi and Riki Flutey, who came together to launch O2 Touch, part of the RFU's Choose Rugby campaign, at City Hall last week.
