This week's RFU Podcast meets the new man in charge at London Wasps, reflects on England's impressive performance at the Junior World Championship and throws a sailing legend in at the deep end with Harlequins.

We have the first interview with Dai Young on the day the former British Lions prop was unveiled as Wasps' Director of Rugby after joining the club from Cardiff Blues.

Young will have some of the stars of England's Under 20 side at this month's Junior World Championship to call on in the likes of top try-scorer Christian Wade and players' player of the tournament Joe Launchbury.

Launchbury, captain Alex Gray and head coach Rob Hunter review the campaign that saw the Grand Slam winners take champions New Zealand to the wire.

Harlequins are preparing to take part in next month's JP Morgan Asset Management Premiership Rugby Sevens and ran the rule over a new recruit this week.

We caught up with Olympic gold medallist Ben Ainslie at the Surrey Sports Park where he measured his skills against the likes of England Sevens ace Ollie Lindsay-Hague.
