We follow the big rugby stories on the podcast, with Twickenham Stadium crowning the 2011 Aviva Premiership champions and hosting England’s Rugby World Cup training squad hopefuls on successive days this weekend.

Opposing Aviva Premiership Final captains Craig Newby and Steve Borthwick, of Leicester Tigers and Saracens respectively, give us their thoughts on the culmination of the domestic season on Saturday.

We also hear from Sarries veteran Hugh Vyvyan, who is set to surpass England lock Simon Shaw at the top of the Premiership appearances standings if he steps of the bench at Twickenham Stadium.

With a Rugby World Cup training squad being named by Martin Johnson in late June, we get the thoughts of a trio hoping to cap their outstanding seasons by making a big impression on their first appearances in an England shirt against the Barbarians the following day: Exeter Chiefs flanker Tom Johnson, Harlequins loosehead Joe Marler and Gloucester Rugby centre Henry Trinder.

Finally, Harlequins lock Charlie Matthews gives us the lowdown on England Under 20’s imminent departure for the Junior World Championship in Italy.
