Nick Easter looks forward to the exciting QBE Internationals announced this week and sizes up the European prospects of club side Harlequins in this week's RFU Podcast.

We round-up all the news from our leading sides going into the opening rounds of the Heineken Cup and check out one of the English game's fastest rising stars.

England No.8 Easter talks about of QBE Internationals against Fiji, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand in November and December next year.

Easter told the Podcast: "You’ve got to beat the best if you want to be the best and that is what England aspires to be. These tests are a massive challenge especially with New Zealand winning the World Cup."
