This Saturday there’s a fascinating doubleheader at Twickenham; firstup it’s the Barbarians against Australia, closely followed by Gary Street's England Women taking on World champions New Zealand Women. 

The Baa-Baas, packed with headline names including South African duo Bryan Habana and Victor Matfield , who will captain the side, Mealamu, Kaine and Thompson from the World Champion All Blacks, and three English stars – former London Wasps apir Simon Shaw and Danny Cipriani at flyhalf, and England Rugby League star Sam Tomkins on the wing.

After the Barbarians game, HQ will host the 1st rematch of the Womens World Cup Final from last year, England hosting New Zealand. There’s a new skipper for England this time out; flyhalf Katy McLean will lead the team on another big day for womens rugby.

Both games at Twickenham will be live on Sky Sports HD 1.

Also on this week's podcast, the HSBC 7s World Series kicks off at the Gold Coast, Australia and England 7s will be looking to improve on last year's third place finish. We hear from new captain Greg Barden.
