Will Carling, former Harlequins centre and England captain, will be the first client to use the new Twickenham Experience website when it launches today. A friend and client of Twickenham Experience, Will came to Twickenham to celebrate the launch of this new and improved important business tool.

The site,, offers customers and clients a cleaner, fresher look with new, strong imagery. Importantly, the customer journey through the site is improved meaning that people can find what they need quickly and in fewer clicks. It features an instant search facility for customers, downloadable PDFs and case studies from previous clients on experiences at Twickenham. Live social media feeds, Twitter and LinkedIn, now come direct onto the site and the whole site is search engine optimised to make it easy to find.

The new website is aimed at corporate event bookers, meeting planners, conference organisers, or even wedding couples. It is an aide to anyone looking for a venue for their next event. When visiting customers will typically start at the homepage where they can start to find rooms suitable for their events; they can view the spaces online and then either call the sales team or send an email enquiry which will be handled immediately by the sales team.

To help them in their decision making process, they might take the virtual tour or take a look at previous case studies as well. Social media links feed into the site; so the @twickersevents tweets feed into this real time and there will also be discussion points from the LinkedIn account as well.
